For the Imprisoned
- Life impacting Bible studies along with weekly prisoner devotionals sent to state prisons who have JPAY kiosk. For the correctional facilities that do not have JPAY availability, curriculum material can be mailed by US postal mail if approved by the intended prison.
- Study Bibles, concordances and other Christian books are sent by Amazon and Barnes & Noble.
- The Ex-offender job hunting guide is also sent if requested by the prisoner and he or she is within one year of parole.

God wants you to know the desires of your heart as you delight in Him ( Psalm 37:4 ). Don’t ever put limits on what God can do. And don’t let your criminal record get in your way. Many of those coming out of prison loose hope of ever becoming successful. That’s from Satan. Let our trained staff help you know success. That’s what makes us different from our sister companies. CFTI believes in hugs more than a handshake! Our staff – many of them ex-offenders themselves – are dedicated to helping ex-offenders.
Rehabilitative Love
As a Michigan tax payer myself, one important question we need to be asking ourselves is; what role do I want to play in assisting ex-offenders becoming productive citizens in my community? Most people want to see a positive return on their money. Yet in Michigan, tax payers are footing the bill for an epidemic called Recidivism – at the rate of $34,000 per inmate, per year, paying over two billion dollars annually. Over 80% of those being released from prison return within two years. For those coming out of county jail, 8 out of 10 return within one month. Michigan spends more on its prison system than on higher education. CFTI opens a door of opportunity to change; to change those statistics and to change lives .
“Then the righteous will answer him, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?’ “The King will reply, ‘I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me.’’” ( Matthew 25:37 thru 40 )
Jesus Himself is going to judge each of us, placing some of us on His right side and some of us on His left side. Which side will you be on?
